Abstract

In this bibliographic review article, it is sought to identify the different contributions from
the point of view of the strategy, the contribution and the support that the capacities, oriented to the market, with the use of the different skills, methodologies applied with the discipline
required in identification of the market opportunities that arise for the company in the
different markets in which it interacts; it is necessary to understand that dynamic capacities
are a resource of an innovative nature to organizational processes and in that order of ideas
the approach to the concept itself dynamic capabilities, allows us to understand and clarify
according to their function, during the development of this documentary research, the
different contributions of dynamic capabilities to the strategic management processes of the
company were identified, without forgetting their main function that the business innovation
in markets; in the apart of this analysis abort We will give in the process of maintaining,
combining and growing the tangible and intangible assets of the organizations, in the sense
that without growth and development of the organization there is no true background of
dynamic capabilities.
